Vision Of Director
Shoeb Surve is a passionate educator and former Software Engineer with international experience in Dubai, London, South Wales, Sharjah, and beyond. After a successful career in the software industry, he transitioned into educational leadership role in the field of student success and career guidance as he is into education for last 20 years.
As the Director of Success Coaching since 2014, he mentors students from Grade 1 through 12 (Science stream), specializing in preparation for JEE, NEET, CET, and other competitive exams. With a strong focus on holistic development, he also offers tailored career counseling to help students make informed academic and professional choices.
Expanding his vision for quality education, Shoeb Surve recently founded in 2025 Success International School, a premier primary and high school institution committed to academic excellence and value-based learning from preschool to junior college.
My future ambition is to establish a community center dedicated to youth empowerment, where students from Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas can aspire and prepare for IAS, IPS, UPSC, MPSC, and global competitive examinations, supported through community-driven educational projects, leadership training, and access to resources that help transform potential into opportunity.
